For a decade, car lovers and hot rodders have come to the Reunion’s Show ‘N’ Shine to see a variety of cars (nearly 2,000) including customs, classics, street rods, race cars, muscle cars, and trucks held at the beautiful Beech Bend Raceway grounds. #3.  Gasser Mania

 Gasser Mania

Nostalgia drag racing wouldn’t be the same without Gassers. Their nose-high, blower screaming runs ooze nostalgia, and we have over 20 wild and wooly 60s Gassers rounded up for the Reunion. This year, Geezer Gasser organizer Chuck Lipka of St. Louis is set to put on a bigger show and display for fans. There are also popular Gasser legends participating in the fun including Barbara Hamilton and her Willys, “Ohio George” Montgomery, and members of the storied S&S Racing Team.

 Ready to Cackle

Saturday’s grand daddy finale is the spectacular Cacklefest. Fans scurry to the front to experience this amazing sight and sound show featuring nearly 20 vintage dragsters push started and fired up as they used to in the early days of drag racing. Nothing beats the amplified cackle of a nitro car like seeing the blazing header flames. At the conclusion, fans are invited onto the track to admire these cackling beasts, and visit with their drivers and crews.
