The wooden grandstands and family-friendly facility is the ideal spot
for the annual Reunion. Beech Bend’s vintage stadium seating provides great views of the dragstrip and take you back to the golden era of drag racing. An amusement and water park are also nearby for families seeking some extra fun.

#6. SoffSeal Show ‘N’ Shine
The Reunion not only puts on a thrilling drag race, it’s also the place to walk and gawk at thousands of beautiful cars entered in the SoffSeal Show ‘N’ Shine and Memory Lane. For a decade, car lovers and hot rodders have come to the Reunion’s Show ‘N’ Shine to see a variety of cars (nearly 2,000) including customs, classics, street rods, race cars, muscle cars, and trucks held at the beautiful Beech Bend Raceway grounds. New for the 10th - Street Rodder magazine and Painless Performance has named the Reunion as one of the 10 premier U.S. events – this means show car participants will have yet another coveted award up for grabs.
#5. Rodz DeLuxe Lot
Bowling Green, Kentucky in June just got hotter with the new addition of Koolhouse Publishing's Rodz DeLuxe Lot featuring some cool customs, rods and even a few Betties dressed like pin-ups. The Rodz Lot is making its debut inside the oval track and a host of cars are lined up to knock your socks off!
#4. Jet Cars
Nothing says or breathes fire like a jet car - or pair of jet cars! The Larsen Motorsports Team will be making spectacular runs on the track Friday and Saturday. For a preview of what the Larsen Team will be bringing to the Reunion, check out their website at http://www.elainelarsen.com/
#3. Gasser Mania
Nostalgia drag racing wouldn’t be the same without Gassers. Their nose-high, blower screaming runs ooze nostalgia, and we have over 20 wild and wooly 60s Gassers rounded up for the Reunion. This year, Geezer Gasser organizer Chuck Lipka of St. Louis is set to put on a bigger show and display for fans. There are also popular Gasser legends participating in the fun including Barbara Hamilton and her Willys, “Ohio George” Montgomery, and members of the storied S&S Racing Team.
Saturday’s grand daddy finale is the spectacular Cacklefest. Fans scurry to the front to experience this amazing sight and sound show featuring nearly 20 vintage dragsters push started and fired up as they used to in the early days of drag racing. Nothing beats the amplified cackle of a nitro car like seeing the blazing header flames. At the conclusion, fans are invited onto the track to admire these cackling beasts, and visit with their drivers and crews.
