California Hot Rod Reunion Weekend Review
October 22, 2009 This past weekend, Oct. 16-18, was the much anticipated 18th California Hot Rod Reunion, presented by Automobile Club of Southern California, at the Auto Club Famoso Raceway in Thousands of “Every year, we aim to produce an event that people enjoy and keep coming back to, and I think we’ve accomplished that,” said Tony Thacker, executive director of the NHRA Motorsports Museum and Reunion director. “It’s great to see fans of all ages enjoy an affordable, fun weekend. We’re ready to do it again next year.”

Steckler came all the way from Edmonton, Stickler just around the mountain, in San Dimas. Martin left first and just drove away from Steckler, who got out of shape around half track, taking out a timing reflector.
